Our facility is well equipped with a wide variety of strength training machines, free weights, and tools to improve stability, resistance and balance. New to weight training? Check out our friendly, non-intimidating environment. Peak Physique certified personal trainers ensure clients use the correct form and settings for each exercise and unlike the mega-gyms, you’ll never wait in line to use the equipment.

Cardio Equipment -
Our cardio equipment includes treadmills, exercise bikes and elliptical trainers. Clients who wish to supplement their training sessions with additional cardio workouts may want to purchase a cardio card.

Private Massage Room -
Therapeutic massage services are provided in a private room by licensed massage therapist Kelly Roth. (LINK) Massage services available by appointment only. Treat yourself or a loved one to a touch of healing, a touch of relaxing.
